Minnesota Trip: Part I

Isaac and I left on Thursday for a trip to visit my brother Rob and his fiance Lisa for the weekend. It was a lot of fun! Here's what we did on Friday:


I met my good friend D. and her daughter Maddie for lunch. Maddie's Nana came along, too!

Of course, the entire time both of us snapped pictures of our kids like mad, but I forgot to get one of D. and me together.

We've been friends for over ten years! Can the term "soul mates" apply to any two people who have a sublime connection (not only romantic partners?)

Maybe at Isaac and Maddie's wedding, we'll actually manage to have our pictures take together!!
